- Please refrain from visiting our store for the purpose of asking questions about metal engraving or techniques, as this may cause inconvenience to other customers and the sales staff.
- If you stand in front of the demonstration space or observe for a long time, other customers will not be able to view it. Please look around and use common sense.
- We expect a large number of customers to visit, so please take proper infection control measures before coming.
- Please also check the precautions issued by the management official, such as prohibition of live commerce.
Regarding orders and inquiries immediately before and during the event
Products and orders cannot be shipped during the Design Festa exhibition period, so they will be shipped after the event ends.
