Please contact us with plenty of time.
About engraving order costs
Please contact us first as it will vary depending on the terms and conditions at the time of ordering and the condition of the product you wish to engrave.
The pricing structure is also the same for prototype production, where you would like to test engraving on a product to see if it is possible to engrave it.
1. Metal engraving cost
This varies depending on various conditions such as the engraving product, metal, area, design, quantity, etc., as well as the condition of the requested item and desired conditions, and additional fees may be charged depending on the situation.
Even simple patterns may require advanced techniques, and there may be times when it is necessary to prepare special tools and jigs to match the requested item.
It may take some time to engrave hard metals such as stainless steel or engrave decorations on specially shaped metal products.
2. Design/engraving planning cost
It is necessary to engrave with checking and considering not only ``where and what pattern to engrave,'' but also ``where and how to engrave". Therefore, this cost will be incurred even if you have decided on the design.
3. Jig production cost
It may need to prepare special tools for engraving or fixation the requested item.
The necessity and amount will vary greatly depending on your wishes and the size and shape of the requested item.
4. Material cost
If you are ordering from molding, the material cost will be separate.
Prices vary depending on various conditions such as metal, design, size, quantity, and material price.
*We do not accept purchase for items to engraving.
5. Rush fee
This is required if you wish to have the product delivered sooner than the shortest delivery time of one month.
The price starts from 1000% of the normal cost. Varies depending on various conditions such as the number of days until delivery, the engraving product, metal, area, design, number of pieces, etc., as well as the condition of the requested item and desired conditions.
*Normal costs: Estimated amount of metal engraving cost, design/engraving planning cost, jig production cost, and material cost
6. Shipping fee
After the engraving is completed, the item will be shipped cash on delivery.

Information on metals that can be engraved
As a premise, all metal products ordered so far can be engraved.
1. Materials that can be engraved
Proven materials for engraving
- platinum
- gold
- silver
- Brass
- copper
- Various stainless steel
- Titanium
- damascus steel
- nickel
- Aluminum
- Nickel silver
- High hardness steel
2. Items that may not be engraved
To date, there has been no metal that we have not been able to engrave upon order.
As mentioned above, engraving on high-hardness stainless steel is also possible.
We will make a decision based on the content of your consultation and confirmation of the actual item.
Please feel free to contact us.
1. Some alloys
The hardness and durability of some alloys vary depending on the alloy ratio and alloy properties, so it is possible that engraving may not be possible.
2. Items with protective plating (chrome-plating, etc.)
Products that have been plated to protect the material, such as chrome-plating, cannot be engraved, or it is highly likely that it would be better not to engrave them.
The plating may peel off during the engraving process.
Please consider the possibility of damage and rapid deterioration of the product after engraving before considering your order.
3. Materials that have no past experience with IMULTA
For metals that have no experience in engraving, such as new metals, the answer is ``it may not be possible to engrave.''
We currently have a track record of engraving resin, but please note that there are a wide variety of metals available these days, so if the metal that we have no experience in engraving, we may not be possible to engrave it.
4. Antique metal products
Metal products after manufacturing for many years may be damaged due to insufficient strength or uneven strength due to poor casting.
In particular, items made from brass, which were made in a time when alloy technology was less developed (particularly due to poor casting of cast items), are more likely to break.
Therefore, even if we provide a preliminary estimate, we may check the requested item and determine that engraving is not possible in the final estimate.
If the item is an antique or old metal item, please state that when making an inquiry.
3. Items that cannot be engraved
1. Copyrighted products
We do not accept requests from anyone other than the copyright holder and its affiliated companies/related parties.
*The same applies if the picture or image is a derivative work.
2. Stone retainer only
We do not accept requests for stone fixing only.
Notes
1. About sending
Please do not send items purchased or sold on flea market apps or auction sites directly to IMULTA.
As these services and sites become more popular, fraudulent activities such as intentionally sending damaged products and demanding compensation are rapidly increasing.
To prevent any problems from occurring, we do not allow direct shipping of these products.
We will not accept any.
2. About engraving on fishing gear and other items used in water areas
Since the plated or painted surface is carved, the internal material is exposed and may corrode when used after engraving.
Please understand that there is a possibility of corrosion when engraving on items that will be used in water areas or areas before contacting us.
3. About delivery date
Each piece is hand-engraved by a single craftsman in the order in which the requested items are received, so delivery times can vary greatly depending on the order status and the content of the request.
If you have a desired delivery date, please contact us with plenty of time to make your request.
4. About estimates
Please check the "For inquiries" section below for information on the items required for a quote.
After confirming your inquiry, we will send you a provisional estimate via email.
Since the condition of the requested item will also affect the work, the price may differ between the preliminary estimate and the final estimate, or we may decide that engraving is not possible at the final estimate stage and decline the request.
In addition, if you change the conditions, wishes, or design from the quotation that has already been provided, we will re-quote the estimate even after the final quotation or order is placed.
If you do not place an order based on this estimate, we will ship the requested item back to you with cash on delivery.
5. Regarding payment deadline
The payment deadline is within 30 days of receiving the transfer account information (request).
In the case of advance payment or partial advance payment, work will begin after confirming that the advance payment has been completed.
In the case of deferred payment or partial prepayment, the item will be shipped after confirming that the full payment has been completed.
Please make your payment within the deadline so that we can start work or ship items smoothly.
6. Regarding publication of achievements
The engraving orders you request are basically posted on the IMULTA website as a result.
We will check with you before we start engraving, but if you are unable to post it, please let us know.
*Even if we receive permission to post, we will not post if there is a risk that an individual may be identified, such as if there is a verification number or personal name.

FAQ
Can you engrave any pattern at the lowest price?
We cannot engrave any pattern for the same amount of money.
Prices vary depending on various conditions such as the engraved product, metal, area, design, number of pieces, etc., and your request.
Additionally, there may be cases where even seemingly simple patterns require advanced techniques, cases where it is necessary to prepare special tools to match the requested item, or additional fees may be incurred depending on the condition of the engraved product.
First, please check the engraving order information page and contact us using the provisional estimate request form.
What kind of things can you engrave?
In addition to silver and brass, we also handle a wide range of materials such as stainless steel.
For more information, please check the "What can and cannot be engraved" section on the engraving order information page.
Why do we estimate twice, a preliminary estimate and a final estimate?
The provisional estimate is calculated based on the details of your inquiry, so it is an approximate amount calculated before we directly check the requested item.
It is not uncommon for the contents of your inquiry to differ from the actual condition of the requested item.
- Conditions such as material and size were different
- Due to the structure, it is not possible to engrave in the desired location
- It was plated
- It was harder material than expected
Several such cases have occurred in the past.
It is difficult for the customer to judge these points and the condition of the requested item by themselves, and it is extremely difficult for us to calculate the exact amount without seeing the actual requested item.
For this reason, we provide two estimates: a provisional estimate calculated based on the details of your inquiry, and a final estimate calculated after actually inspecting the requested item and understanding its condition.
