Where can I register as a member?

  • Customers who wish to receive e-mail magazines: Please register by clicking "Receive e-mail magazine" at the bottom of the site, or by clicking "Register for e-mail magazine" on the account creation screen or various pages.
  • Customers who wish to register as members: Please register by clicking the silhouette icon at the top of the site (for smartphone sites, open the menu and log in) > "Create an account".
  • Customers who wish to register as members and receive e-mail newsletters: After registering as a member from the silhouette icon at the top of the site (for smartphone sites, open the menu and log in) > "Create an account", click "Receive e-mail" at the bottom of the site. Or please register for the e-mail magazine from ``Register for e-mail newsletter'' on the account creation screen or various pages.

Where can I change my registration information?

If you are using a PC site, please log in using the silhouette icon at the top of the site, or if you are using a smartphone site, open the menu and click "Login" to change your membership registration information in My Account.

What payment methods are available?

You can use credit card payment, Paypal payment, Apple Pay payment, Google Pay payment, convenience store payment, bank transfer, and deferred payment Paidy.

For convenience store payments, bank transfers, and deferred payment Paidy, a payment (transfer) fee will be charged.

For convenience store payments and bank transfers, you will receive a notification email from KOMOJU, the payment agency, so please make sure you are set up to receive emails from "@komoju.com".

In the case of deferred payment Paidy, you will receive a contact email or app notification from Paidy, the payment agency, so please make sure you are set up to receive emails from "@paidy.com".

What shipping methods are available?

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping fee within Japan is 800 yen.

In Japan, Free shipping is available for purchases of 30,000 yen or more in one purchase.

How many days does it take from ordering to shipping?

Your order will be shipped within 5-21 days after payment is completed.

Each piece is handmade by one craftsman, so we have ample delivery time.

Please check the details page for each product for shipping estimates.

If I purchase multiple items with different estimated shipping days, when will I receive them?

Each order will be shipped together, so items will be shipped according to the estimated number of days required.

If you would like to receive items that require a faster shipping time, please place separate orders.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Returns are only possible if the item is missing when you receive it.

Additionally, if the product is an outlet product, we cannot accept returns.

Will I get points?

There is no point system.

Can I use coupons for payments other than product purchases, such as maintenance or repairs?

Not available.

I haven't received an order confirmation email.

Please check if it is as follows.

  • There is an error in the email address you entered
  • Sorted as spam or deleted
  • Our email address (domains @choukinyorozu.com and @imulta.shop) is set so that it cannot be received (e.g., you are unable to receive emails from PC, you have specified a domain for receiving emails, etc.)

If there is no problem with the reception settings, the email address is correct, or the email is not sorted into a different folder than normal, there is a possibility that there is an email error or a defect in the order, so please contact us from the contact page.

I registered as a member before the renewal, but I can't log in.

Due to the major renewal in August 2023, we hade made the following changes depending on your registration and purchase status at the time of the renewal.

Customers who have registered as members and had no problems making purchases before renewal

Member information has been inherited.
However, your login password cannot be inherited, so please reset it.


  1. Click the silhouette icon at the top of the site (if using a smartphone, open the menu and log in)

  2. Click “Forgot your password?”

  3. Enter the email address you used to register as a member and send

  4. Reset your password using the password reset email you received

Customers who have registered as members but have not made any purchases before renewal

We are very sorry, but we do not transfer member information.
Please register as a member again.

Customers who purchased without registering as members

Since there is no membership registration, there will be no transfer.
If you register as a member, you will not be able to view your purchase history before renewal or before membership registration.

Customers other than those listed above

Member information will not be transferred.

Can I purchase from overseas?

If you are from outside Japan, you can use the proxy purchasing service "WorldShopping" to make purchases.

About the product

Can you do gift wrapping?

We do not accept gift wrapping.

However, IMULTA products are sent in original design boxes, so you can give them as gifts.

Can I actually see the product before purchasing?

Although we do not have a physical store, we occasionally exhibit at events, where you can see the actual products.

Event exhibition information will be posted on News&Columns and SNS.

Which products are for men (or women)?

IMULTA products are unisex designs, so they are not categorized into men or women.

Can I reserve items?

We do not accept it.

I want the same item as the one-of-a-kind item that is sold out.

We do not resell one-of-a-kind items.

Can you perform maintenance and repairs?

We only accept IMULTA products.

However, please note that maintenance or repair may not be possible depending on the condition.

We only accept IMULTA products.

However, depending on the design, there are some products that cannot be resized, so please contact us first via the inquiry page.

Can you engrave any pattern at the lowest price?

We cannot engrave any pattern for the same amount of money.

Prices vary depending on various conditions such as the engraved product, metal, area, design, number of pieces, etc., and your request.

Additionally, there may be cases where even seemingly simple patterns require advanced techniques, cases where it is necessary to prepare special tools to match the requested item, or additional fees may be incurred depending on the condition of the engraved product.

What kind of things can you engrave?

Where can I request a quote?

Please contact us using the provisional estimate request form (on Choukinyorozu official website).

What should I tell you when requesting a quote?

It doesn't matter what you understand, so please fill in the following information and we will be able to talk to you relatively smoothly.

  • What do you want to engrave and where do you want to engrave? (*Required)
  • Size of the object/location you want to engrave (*required)
  • Material of the object/location you want to engrave (*required)
  • Number of objects/locations you want to engrave (*required)
  • The budget, if you have
  • Image of the design you want, if you have
  • Any other questions or requests, if you have

We may also receive an image or URL of something you would like to engrave or something similar to your desired image.

Please note that if you change the conditions, wishes, or design of the quotation that has already been submitted, we will re-estimate the quotation even after the final quotation or order has been placed.

Why do we estimate twice, a preliminary estimate and a final estimate?

The provisional estimate is calculated based on the details of your inquiry, so it is an approximate amount calculated before we directly check the requested item.

It is not uncommon for the contents of your inquiry to differ from the actual condition of the requested item.

  • Conditions such as material and size were different
  • Due to the structure, it is not possible to engrave in the desired location
  • It was plated
  • It was harder material than expected

Several such cases have occurred in the past.

It is difficult for the customer to judge these points and the condition of the requested item by themselves, and it is extremely difficult for us to calculate the exact amount without seeing the actual requested item.

For this reason, we provide two estimates: a provisional estimate calculated based on the details of your inquiry, and a final estimate calculated after actually inspecting the requested item and understanding its condition.

How many days does it take from ordering to shipping?

The shortest delivery time is one month, but since a single craftsman engraves each item by hand in the order in which they are received, the delivery time can vary greatly depending on the order status and the content of the request.

Please make inquiries and requests well in advance of your desired delivery date.

Please note that if the desired delivery time is shorter than one month, a rush fee will be charged.

We will send the item via Yamato Transport's courier service or courier compact service, cash on delivery.

If you have not received a provisional quote within a week of requesting it, please check your reception settings and request again using the form, or contact us via SNS account (X or Instagram) with the date and time of your inquiry, your name, and the content of your inquiry.
