How to Log In to My Page and Announcement Regarding Changes to Domestic Shipping Fees

We would like to inform you that the login method for the online shop's My Page has changed.

Changes to My Page login method

The login method has changed as follows:

• Before change: Log in by entering email address and password
• After change: Log in by entering email address and then the authentication code sent to your email

Since you can log in without a password, even customers who were previously only registered for the email newsletter can now use My Page.

Changes to domestic free shipping conditions

Along with the change in the login method, the conditions for free domestic shipping within Japan will also change as follows:

• Customers not subscribed to the email newsletter: Free domestic shipping for purchases of 30,000 yen or more per order; 800 yen for purchases under 30,000 yen
• Customers subscribed to the email newsletter and making their first purchase: Free domestic shipping for purchases of 10,000 yen or more per order; 800 yen for purchases under 10,000 yen
• Customers subscribed to the email newsletter with a purchase history: Free domestic shipping

Free shipping (discount) will be available when you check out while logged in.
