Cancellations and order changes

If you wish to cancel your order or change the shipping address, you can do so before we process your order.

We cannot accommodate requests after an order has been shipped, so if you need to make any changes or cancellations, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

If payment is not received or is deemed fraudulent, we will cancel your order.

Automatic Cancellation

If you select convenience store payment or bank transfer and payment is not received 7 days after placing your order (after the payment due date), we will assume that you have no intention of purchasing the item and your order will be automatically cancelled.

If your order is determined to be fraudulent, we will cancel it.

Important points to note

• Once your order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to accept any cancellations or changes.
• No prior notice will be given before automatic cancellation takes place.
• We may ask you to verify your identity to prevent fraud, etc.
• If you would like to change the shipping address after your order has been shipped, please contact the shipping company.
• For items purchased using the proxy purchasing service "WorldShopping", please contact WorldShopping instead of our shop.
