Cancellations and order changes
If you wish to cancel your order or change the shipping address, you can do so before we process your order.
We cannot accommodate requests after an order has been shipped, so if you need to make any changes or cancellations, please contact us by email as soon as possible.
If we determine that the order is fraudulent or if malicious activity is confirmed, we will cancel the order.
