How to shopping at IMULTA Online Shop

1. Membership Registration

You can shop without registering as a member, but registering will make your shopping easier from your next purchase onwards.

3. Select the delivery method and payment method, and enter the delivery information.

If you have a coupon code, enter it and apply it.

To ensure delivery, if you live in an apartment or condominium, please be sure to enter the name of your building.

4. Order Confirmation

Please double check before confirming to avoid any mistakes.

5. Payment

For payments at convenience stores or by bank transfer, your order will be shipped after we have confirmed that your payment has been completed. The payment deadline is 7 days after your order is completed.

6. Pre-shipment check

If an order for a high-value item or a fraudulent transaction is suspected, we may contact you for confirmation before accepting or shipping the order.

7. Shipping

Please check the tracking number in the email you receive when your package is shipped.

8. Pick-up

Please check it when you receive it.

If you are purchasing from outside Japan, you will need to use WorldShopping, so the purchasing process will be slightly different.
