Regarding maintenance

Silver may turn black if left exposed to air after use.

Some people may consider this to be the unique feature of silver, but to keep it in good condition, it is easier to maintain it in good condition if you wipe it lightly after use and place it in a ziplock bag or similar to keep it sealed from the air.
