Thank you for always using the IMULTA Online Shop.
We would like to inform you that from February 1, 2026, shipping fees for orders will change.
Free shipping conditions and eligible amounts will change
Regarding shipping within Japan, currently shipping is free for purchases of 10,000 yen or more per order, but from February 1, 2026 (Japan time), this will change as follows:
| Customers who have registered as online shop members | Free shipping within Japan |
| Non-members and customers who have only registered for the email newsletter | Free shipping within Japan for purchases of 30,000 yen or more per order, and 800 yen for purchases under 30,000 yen |

Precautions
- Free shipping will be available if you are logged in at checkout. Please remember to log in when shopping.
- If you register as a member at the same time as checking out, free shipping may not be available for orders placed after registering as a member. We recommend that you register as a member in advance.
- There will be no change to the shipping fee for engraving orders. Shipping will be cash on delivery as before.
